During January, February & March 2012, we’ll be asking our customers for their thoughts on our products and service. 

For the first time, we’ll be conducting an on-line Customer Survey, and every customer who purchases from us during that time will be invited to take part.  We would like to encourage everyone to do so – every customer’s opinion matters to us, and we welcome comments to help us improve the products and services we provide.

The draw is being operated by Permaban Ltd, Mill Close, Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Ivybridge, Devon  PL21 9GL, UK.

1. TO ENTER

Every individual who answers and submits the Permaban Customer Survey – Winter 2012 (and who fulfils the eligibility criteria stated in 2. below) will automatically be entered into a draw to receive the prize.  There is no charge to enter. 

By submitting a response to the survey, it will be assumed that you wish to be entered into the draw, and in doing so are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.  If you do not wish to enter, please notify Permaban in writing at sales@permaban.com, or at the above address.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Every company which purchases direct from Permaban Ltd during the period in which the Customer Survey is running will be eligible to take part in the survey and prize draw. 
There is a limit of one entry per company.  A named individual at each eligible company will be contacted by e-mail and invited to complete the survey. 

If the named individual would prefer another employee of the same company to answer the survey instead, they must first notify Permaban to that effect, and in doing so will forego their right to complete the survey and enter the draw.  Permaban reserves the right to decline entry to any unauthorised respondents.

All individuals participating must be of age 18 or over. The survey may only be completed online and no alternative means of completing the survey will be offered. A survey must contain an answer to at least one question to qualify for entry. Survey responses must be received no later than midnight GMT on Saturday 31st  March 2012 to be eligible for entry into the draw.

3. TO WIN

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.  The first name drawn on Monday 2nd April 2012 will be the winner.  This will be a final decision. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw from taking place on that day, it will be made at the first opportunity thereafter.

If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by Permaban, that person will forego the right to claim the prize, and a second name will be drawn at random and declared the winner. 

4. THE PRIZE

One prize will be offered: a box of chocolates to the value of no more than £25.00.  No alternative prize, or cash alternative will be offered.  The prize includes delivery to the winner’s company address.

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be notified by telphone or e-mail in April 2012.  The prize will be despatched to the winner as soon as practicable, and within 6 weeks of the winner being notified.

6. WINNER PUBLICITY

Entrants accept that, if they win, Permaban reserves the right to publish the name, company name and company location of the winner in its future promotions, without additional permission.  Photographs will not be used without the winner’s consent.

7. WINNING ENTRY DETAILS

The name, company name, and company location of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the address given above, requesting details of the winner.

8.  CANCELLATION

Permaban reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

9. QUERIES, COMPLAINTS & GOVERNING LAW

Any queries or complaints should be addressed to the Managing Director at the above address, whose decision will be final. These rules are governed by English law.
