Permaban are a leading innovator and provider of floor solutions in Europe, The Middle East and Asia. The product range offers quality solutions for Leave-in-Place floor joint systems, Dry-Shake floor toppings and concrete curing and joint sealants. Many of Permaban's products have been recognised with industry awards, most noticeably the AlphaJoint 4010 Leave-in-Place floor joint system which since its introduction has developed into the No. 1 Leave-in-Place floor joint system in the world market.

Permaban is increasingly engaged across the world in providing technical assistance and products to developers, engineers and contractors to support the global developers of manufacturing, logistic and retail facilities who increasingly demand higher floor performance, aesthetics, flatness and freedom from maintenance.

Prologis the world's largest operator of logistic facilities specify Permaban in their floor specification. As Ken Hall Prologis' Managing Director of Global Development stated: "Damage to floor joints was the major floor problem that Prologis had until we specified Permaban AlphaJoint 4010 for all our floors. Floor joint damage has been eliminated since its introduction".

The use of Permaban's AlphaJoint 4010 Leave-in-Place joint system has enabled Prologis to offer to their clients floors that are provided with superior joint edge protection and load transfer properties thus reducing operation and joint maintenance costs. Permaban's products are specified by logistic developers and retail outlet operators such as Prologis, Gazeley, Lidl, Plus, B&Q/Castorama, Tesco, DHL, Amway, Goldbeck, Royal Mail, Homebase, Wicks and Focus who all require high quality aesthetically pleasing floor solutions.

Permaban has installed a ‘state of the art' fully automated floor joint manufacturing facility at its UK plant with similar automation to its manufacturing plants in Belgium and Poland underway. Manufacture in Russia and Asia is planned in 2009 to support the flooring requirements for their developing manufacturing, logistic and retail sectors.

Permaban has experienced exceptional world growth in the adoption of their floor products and services.
